Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Request Router, operated by Request Router, Inc. ("Request Router," "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Plain-English summaries head each section; the section text is what governs.

The service

Request Router receives your contact form's notification emails, uses AI to write and send a reply to your lead with a qualifying question, and forwards the resulting conversation to you. You configure what the agent knows and how it behaves.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to receive and process the form submissions you forward to us, and your use of the service must comply with the laws that apply to your business — including email, consumer-protection, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
• Replies are generated automatically based on your training content and guidance. You're responsible for reviewing your agent's configuration and for the business commitments made in conversations with your leads. Test leads exist so you can verify behavior before going live — use them.
• Don't use the service to send unsolicited email, to harass anyone, or to process content you have no right to process.

Billing

The standard plan is a flat $49/month for up to 500 real leads per month. Spam and sales pitches classified as non-leads don't count. Building, training, and testing an agent are free; billing starts when you activate real leads. Subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from the dashboard — cancellation stops future charges and your agent stops processing new leads at the end of the paid period.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it's provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Email replies depend on third-party email infrastructure we don't fully control. Support is by email: drew@workandwhistle.co.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Request Router's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other customers — with notice where practical.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: drew@workandwhistle.co.
