Privacy policy

This is the plain-English version of how Request Router, Inc. ("Request Router," "we") handles data. If anything here is unclear, email drew@workandwhistle.co and a human will answer.
What we collect, and why
Your account. When you sign up we collect your email address, which we use to sign you in, send you service email, and bill you. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Your training content. Links, files, and notes you upload to train your agent are stored so the agent can use them. They're used to generate replies for your leads and for nothing else — we don't train shared or third-party models on your content.
Your leads' emails. When a contact form's notification email is forwarded to your agent's inbound address, we process it to extract the lead's name, email address, and message, generate a reply, and forward the conversation to you. We process this data on your behalf, to run the service you configured. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything except answering and delivering your leads.
Website analytics. This site uses Simple Analytics, a cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics tool. It collects no personal data and doesn't track visitors across sites.
Where data lives
Application data is stored with Supabase and our hosting providers, in data centers in the United States. Email is processed by our mail infrastructure providers. Each vendor is bound by its own data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
Account and lead data are retained while your account is active. If you close your account, or ask us to, we delete your agents, training content, and lead history within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain billing records.
Your choices
- You can export or delete your training content from the dashboard at any time.
- You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it: email drew@workandwhistle.co.
- If you're a lead who received an email from a business using Request Router and want your data removed, contact that business — or email us and we'll help route the request.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data. We don't run ads. We don't use tracking cookies on this website. We don't read your leads' conversations except as needed to operate, debug, or secure the service.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll note the new effective date here and email account holders. Questions: drew@workandwhistle.co.
